Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) is a means of financing energy efficiency upgrades or renewable energy installations for residential, commercial and industrial property owners. Renovate America provides homeowners access to innovative financing for energy-efficient, water-conserving, renewable energy home improvements. These projects can help lower your utility bills and increase your property value. Approvals are primarily based on the equity in your home and debt payment history rather than your credit score, and the interest on your payments may be tax deductible.*
